1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ipro platform, mobile applications, digital storefronts, and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services.
2. Merchant Accounts & Subscription Governance
Merchants registering on the Platform agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. Services are subject to our global subscription rules, trial durations, and payment schedules.
If an account enters an unpaid or inactive commercial state, the Platform reserves the right to apply feature gating, including masking customer contact information (the “Invisible Customer” protocol) while maintaining checkout channels to preserve merchant transaction history.
3. Use of Services & Restrictions
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to disrupt the integrity or security of the Platform, inject malicious queries, or attempt to bypass multi-tenant isolation boundaries to access neighboring tenant data. Any breach of security protocols will result in immediate suspension of your access.
4. Payments & Deliveries
All purchases made via the digital marketplace are settled using third-party payment gateways. Delivery configurations, fees, and thresholds are set at the individual store level by registered merchants. We do not assume responsibility for fulfillment delays or merchant-side product discrepancies.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is”. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime, operational availability, or sync efficiency of our offline SQLite caches or Bluetooth print queues. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.
